Next steps
Following this period of consultation, the shortlisted developer will draw up more detailed proposals. We will consult you on the detailed plans before the end of the year.
A planning application will be submitted in 2011.
Works will start on site in 2012 once the new transport interchange and Municipal Offices are completed.
